These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from our shop or online orders. By buying from us, you agree to follow these terms.

1. General Policy

• JJE reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if needed.

• Customers are not allowed to copy or misuse our brand name, pricing, or product details without permission.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• All prices are given in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Prices and availability may change without prior notice depending on market rates.

• We do not disclose wholesale rates to retail customers.

3. Orders & Payments

• For outside Dhaka deliveries, a small advance payment (Tk. 200 or 10% of order value) is required.

• For wholesale/bulk orders, full or partial advance may be needed.

• Payments must be confirmed before delivery/shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery usually within 1–3 working days.

• Outside Dhaka: Delivery via courier; timeline depends on courier service.

• Delivery delays may occur due to traffic, political issues, public holidays, or courier delays.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item sent.

• Products must be returned in original condition (unused and with full packaging).

• Refunds or replacements will be processed after product inspection.

• Refunds (if applicable) may take up to 7–14 working days.

6. Warranty & After-Sales

• Some products (like batteries, fans, or branded items) come with manufacturer warranty.

• Warranty service depends on the brand’s policy. JJE will assist customers with warranty claims where possible.

7. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate contact details (address, phone number) for delivery.

• JJE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong or incomplete information.

8. Fraud & Security

• Misuse of offers, fake orders, or fraudulent activities may result in order cancellation and blacklisting.

• JJE reserves the right to take legal steps in case of fraud.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Advance payment will be refunded if cancellation is approved.

10. Limitation of Liability

• JJE is not responsible for any indirect loss (such as misuse of product or power failure).

• Our responsibility is limited to supplying authentic and tested products as ordered.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

• Any disputes will be handled under Dhaka jurisdiction.
